We have just wrapped up our Community Food Drive. It was a great success. The Milford school had a contest on which class could bring in the most food items. The Fourth Grade class won with 187 food items. Congratulations. The class won a pizza party and each child received a Community Service Achievement Award. The whole community of Milford took part sacks were picked up from the City Hall, Senior Center and Post Office. Together we filled the shelves of our Milford Food Pantry. The Food Pantry is located at the 1st Baptist Church. The Program is a program sponsored by the Postal Service and Milford Titus Women were honored to be able to coordinate the project and contribute in such a way to the community.

We lost one of our Founding Board Members this month. Edna was 97 years young and an inspiration to everyone who knew her. She still drove herself around. Was faithful to her church and kept her Great-Grandchildren. Edna has gone home to be with the Lord and we will miss her beyond words, but we know we will be reunited one day.

Angel Tree was the best ever. Thanks to our Milford people and the help of the Gryphons Motorcycle Club. We could not do Angel Tree without them. Our Father-Daughter Valentines Dinner and Dance was a lot of fun. We had a great turn out and a wonderful speaker.

Our yearly Coats4Kids Program was the best one yet. We were able to give 36 warm coats out this year. We also had scarfs and hats donated by the Milford FFA. Guardians of the Children were with us again this year and the kids just loved it. Adult and kids alike a real fun time.

In an effort to bring fresh healthy fruits and vegetables to our community we are opening a Farmers Market in the Park. It will be from June 18th - October 15th. Opens from 9:00am - 1:00pm. As always all proceeds we raise will go into community outreach.

All funds raised at the Arts & Craft Fair will be used to fund community outreach programs. The Arts & Craft Fair is a time for all of Milford and the surrounding area to come out and have a fun time. Lots of craft for the kids and unique shopping for Adults.
